I must admit I work in an organisation dominated by Football fans. In dreading going into work as the abuse I will get will be embarrassing. An end closed off to fans and next to no one at the sides. Good job smoking is banned. You would have to walk for ages if you needed a light.

Now I understand why the game was played in Leigh. Imagine if it was played halfway between the two clubs - it would have been an even more embarrassing attendance. Wigan fans are reluctant to even turn out in Leigh!
