For me, we really need a new interchange hooker. I see it as our only real weak link. Now with Ratchford signed, I dont really see a place for him in the backline except the halves, so i think a possible good idea is for ratchford and briers to be the halves, with myler to be the interchange hooker?

Worth a try IMO.

Clarke was consistently picked over him over the latter part of the season, yet he wasn't offered a new contract. Makes you wonder why ? Is Higham on his way out ?

Solution: Give Leigh £144K to solve their debt issues and give them Higham as a Xmas bonus for treating our dual reg players so well!

I'm sure Mickey Higham has another year on his contract which made the decision to play Jon Clarke over him a little strange. He did look mighty weed off when. The team got the winners trophy.

Can't see Higham getting much game time.

Smith didn't fancy him for last few games, we look to have alot of strength in depth for 2012 but wouldn't mind us signing one of the Cas lads.

Myler wouldn't be a bad idea he did fine when filling in at 9 during games this season.

Won't Higham be paid off like you did with Hicks? If you don't need him there is no point keeping a player hanging around spreading his miserable vibes around.

I'd expect him to pay us. He's stealing a living.

Simon Grix Could do a decent job there i think . He's played almost everywhere else , why not give him a go at interchange hooker ?

Would have liked to have seen us go for Scott Moore.
