Killed. US navy seals attacked a compound in Pakistan. Killed Bin laden, his brother and a lady who they apparently used as a human shield.

Seems that US forces have been working on information they have had for about 4 years and finally it has come to an end. (Bin Laden or Quins SL status?)

Disposed of the body of sea. A tad strange to finally kill the worlds most wanted man then just toss him overboard.

Was it for the best he was killed,will we now see more acts of terriorism.As groups will now want to avenge his death.

I suspect the reason they put the body in the sea is to stop his grave becoming a mecca for Islamic extremists

Oh dear.....USA created another martyr for the extremists to follow and hold up as a symbol of Western oppression.
Despite what the UK news teams are saying, is this really a time for 'celebration', this will only inflame further the likes of the Taliban in Afghanistan.

So nothing has and ever will actually change will it.

Approx 600 miles and given that Navy Seals were involved and likely to be flying Black Hawks back to US ships, its no different than travelling from Glasgow to London and dropping somebody off at Watford.

you'd think a few pictures of him, bit of a video tape and then dump him.
