Massive well done to our fans today, IMO. Took the most as usual as made the most noise, even when Saints and Wigan were playing. Fantastic atmopshere. And a thanks to the Catalan fan who gave us a big flag red and yellow flag with the words, "Catalan love Wire" on it.

The only scum in our game are the ones who feel the need for confrontation. Wire fans are in my opinion not in this catagory. Thought it was funny you lot shouting for Saints. Hope your injuries aren't too bad. Chins up the Wire.

We are the scum of rugby league that's why we all cheered when Briers was brought off injured while all the the other fans clapped in a sporting way.......oh no hang on that was another rugby clubs set of fans.....think we can guess who.

Good effort by everyone who attended. We tried to make an atmosphere but with it being first game there wasn't many songs coming from anywhere else in the ground.

I talked to loads of fans from other clubs and a lot from Wire including someone from here who seemed very coy about telling me his user name. All of them were a credit to their clubs.

The good thing about MM is that a much higher % of attendees are proper rugby fans and make it IMHO the best of the big 3 RL events. far better than the partisan and glory hunters who turn up at the CC and premiership finals.

Another thing I noticed about our fans yesterday are that we seem to have adopted what Lech Poznam do in football, putting your arms around each other, with your back to the action, jumping up and down. I do admit it looks good. Poznam do it, Man City copied it and we seem to have copied them.
