judging by the reviews its getting and what the aussies are saying about it then no chance

im deffo buying it idc how bad people say it is ITS A RUGBY LEAGUE GAME im deffo getting it cant wait not pre orderd it tho yet was waiting see who was selling it but only seems 2 be play n amazon? that are any good anyways

Pre-ordered at Game today... They claimed it's out on Tuesday whereas the other games shops say Friday but the store managers excuse of "We were told we will be selling it on Tuesday but we haven't had any stock yet and no confirmed delivery date" so I'm taking that with a pinch of salt and guessing Friday like the rest of the shops! Even if it's dump, still beating Wigan and Saints over the off season will keep me entertained out of work!

Aint expecting anything great from it but its a rugby league game so ill pre order from play as its 10pound cheaper than in shops

Pre-Ordered my copy last week from Play.
Game doesn't sell it online, and according to their sales team they have no intention of stocking it. So I assumed the store wouldn't be selling it, either? Turns out they are. Oh well, It'll be here Friday hopefully.

already played the game a while ago on a JTagged Xbox and i must say its the worst game i have ever played.

the movement on the game and passing structure is worse than the original rugby league; the graphics are marginally better than the first game.

the AI in the game is pathetic and the smallest men on the field can tackle the biggest on their own, players will catch a ball going into touch and step on the line etc.

THe passing in the game is a problem as a pass within 5 or 6 metres off the other team becomes an automatic intercept in which you cannot catch any player if you running, you have to hope the computer will catch them by moving the rest of your team.

There are no 40/20's in the game as well as no advantage from a knock on, also if you sprint and press the tackle its an automated high tackle; players dont get back onside even the ones controlled by the computer and then automatically go into tackles and give penalties away.

The problems/errors go on and on, by far the worst game i have ever played and will not be buying it; stick to rugby league 2

if rugby league 2 gets a 5/10 then this wont even qualify for a 1/10, such a shoddy effort at a game!!!!

After Mike Carltons review im a bit put off, it cant REALLY be THAT bad can it???

And with flaws and stuff in games, usually you get the updates to fix them, maybe some will be sorted? I dunno. Still think il buy it, all my mates will. If its crap, il part ex it for Black Ops the following week

Just read this review for ps3 and it rated 5/10. Summary of the review is compared to the WII game, quite a few things have been taken away and nothing new has been added. Don't look promising Think i will let my mates buy it then decide if i like it.

I played this game.

Defensive line not moving up. Constant penalties. Stupid last minute trys conceded (that would never happen in real life). Crap passing. Bunching at the play the ball. Awful.

However, once I stopped playing as Warrington, I found it to be very good fun indeed.

You know watching this video has made me change my mind, it looks really good. Gameplay is fast and smooth, good graphics, real teams and licenses. Replays, and more importantly, time to kick the ball on the last tackle, something which annoys me on RL2 on PS2. Dont forget, this game was made on a very small budget, so i think theyve done alright. Imagine what they would have done with a big budget .
