A bit of a rant i know its been brought up alot but was in the shop yesterday and someone was in there tryna return their home top due to cracking.

The jist i got was hed been speaking to one of the bosses about returning it and had been told via email he could do only for the bloke hed been speaking to to dispute it.

i saw him go and get a blackberry from his car so guessing he was showing proff of the emails.

the guy in the shop was then telling him there wasnt a fault with the top despite the cracking on the storage sign and the chester uni one.

and wouldnt swap it to an away one for him ( these have been sewn not printed now)

not sure what teh outcome was but he left his top in the shop and said would never buy anything from the club again despite spending "hundreds" in there every year.

also saw alot of people bringing in away tops to swap and despite the fact the shop swapped them they tried to blame it on the person by saying theyd washed it wrong( come on its a known issue the away top)

all in all pretty shocking service, id gone in for a home top but didnt bother after the kick off id witnessed.

anyone else know if the home top cracks?

also anyone else had any run ins with the shop?

not a thread to hang people out to dry litteraley just interested to see if this was a one off cos i dont visit very often

I went in on Saturday to return my home and away tops and to buy Magic Weekend tickets.

The 2 who were working there said they couldn't see the problems even though the away shirt had lots of cracks, I admit that the home shirt wasn't as bad but there was still cracking on the big storage logo. We have been very careful with the shirts to just hand wash them because of knowing of the logo cracking problems I shouldn't have bothered and just chucked them in the washing machine.

They said to go back on Monday when the manager would be in, my dad took the shirts in and got the away shirt changed but the home shirt has been sent off to ISC in Leeds.

The club needs to make sure that next year all of the shirts get produced in Australia like usual ISC products, the player fit versions and Australian shirts in the shop are Australian made and you can tell.

I went in last week to get coach and match tickets for the Challenge cup, I reached the counter wear upon the young girl took a big bite from a butty, then spent the next couple of minutes spitting food at me. I also asked about the xxxs adult shirts that are supposed to replace the large kids shirt that were way to small, only to be shrugged at by said hapless person and told we have a away one " when do you think the home ones will be coming in" another dozy shrug of the shoulders followed.

All power to young kids who want Saturday jobs, but choose something you want to do and can be d to do.

The club has dropped massive clanger with the shirts, and some employees (not all) in the club shop. the shirt sager is as a mess and needs sorting NOW.

Just out of interest who would be the right person to write to at the club to register my dissatisfaction

I don't like complaining as a rule but if no one says anything, and we all except then things will not change

Jack

Glad something like this has come up as I need to take my away shirt back to get it changed.

There are cracks everywhere on the Vestas sign at the front, not to mention it turning red....the sponsor logo on the colour has turned red and the Big Storage logo on the left sleeve has a huge amount of cracks in it.

This has come after the shirt was washed for the FIRST and only time, on a delicate lukewarm wash with no additional clothing in with it.

I better had get a change of shirt otherwise I'll be requested my money back. Some bloody birthday present that was!!!!!

The quality of ISC stuff is terrible but I think overall the club has done it's best by most fans. We need a quality supplier for next year. Anyone heard anything from Leeds or Hull fans about their gear?

I wonder if Ian Powell would find a Money Claim "shocking" under the terms of not fit for purpose. That would wipe the smile of his face.

Come back Canterbury!!! Mine and my daughters and my duaghters friend's tops from a couple of seasons ago are still like new. Seems they must have been better quality than the ISC stuff

OH BTW....as this problem is so widespread it would appear that there is an inherent fault with the product. Therefore under sale of good act etc the club would have to replace or refund.

That is bloody appalling. Next thing the club will start treating its supporters like Saints do.
