New lease of life, hasn't he? Seems to be playing with a real spring in his step and looked so relaxed on post-match interview.

Myler has the knack of always being in the right place at the right time, i love the fact that we have such a great 6, 7 & 9 now

Wouldn't mind learning some of the 'Tony Smith management techniques'.

Briers was very impressive and now he has a young gifted half back to play with he's able to exploit that.
Myler is very very quick off the mark.

Monas was too but I get the feeling it's all so natural for Myler.

He looks 'at home'.

I know it's not the be all and end all, but outwardly he looks happy. Ever since he's made the move across, he's looked like he's enjoying himself, which as we all know tends to bring the best out of yourself.

His combination with Briers will just get better & better with time.

Fingers crossed Lee stays fit and we can eek another season out of him, he's pretty much irreplaceable for me.

The two look good together Briers knows how to use Mylers strengths as well.

I'm really undecided... Brilliant try to win the game seemed to paper over the cracks for me... Maybe I'm being over critical.. With ball in hand he has looked devoid if ideas for a scrum half... Great support player that will score alot of tries though... Hopefully the playmaker side of his game will develop.

I agree with you mate, Myler before his two trys didnt really do too much but like you said he will get a shed load of trys from supporting and his speed/agility. Hence why i have him in my sldreamteam

Agreed, I expect a lot more from a 19-year-old scrum half than to score the match-winning and match-clinching tries in his second game in the team.

The beauty of our system is that we have two other top quality playmakers in the side, so Myler has plenty of time to settle into this squad and become its focal point over time. Tonight Briers was performing superbly well so Richie didn't have the pressure on his shoulders of trying to create everything. But as time progresses I expect him to develop that side of his game.
