| personally, would go for a full strength team as possible to avoid a weeks rest
York have a discipline problem (read last weeks RL Express : yellow cards, on report for fighting, etc) so expect some dirty play

| I'd only rest a few - Morley, Andersons, maybe Briers if Monaghan is fit, Higham (assuming Clarke is fit).

| I'd play Briers, personally. I'd ask him what happened the last time he played against York in the cup and gently insinuate that he has improved since then.

| I'd say it's worth giving a couple of reserves players reward for their performances - so say Tyrone McCarthy plus one other. Then add Carvell to make his comeback plus Westwood. That would be 4 players - so then simply add the 13 fittest first teamers, i.e. rest anyone carrying an injury. You've got to respect the competition and the opposition or you could be set for a big fall, but I think we can afford to do what I suggest.

| I say full team but i would give Kev Penny a run out because he must be so down on confidence after being dropped after the first game. Also he has been scoring tries for fun in the reserves.
Also is the east stand shut on suday.

| I'd go for virtually full strength; the team could do with a 'sharpener'.

That's how I see it. I think you HAVE to reward McCarthy.
Not for his performances for the 21's, and I know it goes against the grain a little, I'd like to see him give Penny a game, and try things out with him. Kicking early in the tackle count and such.

Fully agree with this.
There's always a balance between game time and resting.
Some players would not improve missing a game.
Others would.
Andersons both need a break. They've been unfairly criticised at times because people thought they were 100% when neither were.
