Was it just me who saw Joel's cheeky response to the chorus of woofs as he returned to his corner after he'd scored his try? He's a funny bugger - he looked at first like he was coughing, his cupped hand over his mouth, until the crowd realised he was miming another altogether lewder act. Woof woof!

Nice to see the crowd have helped him settle in - there's little the opposition can shout/chant/bark at him that'll put him off his game, as we've made the barking our own it would appear.

I have nothing but good things to say about Joel after he waited for around 10 mins to have a picture taken with my kids the other day. What a nice guy and very down to earth, just glad to see he has moved on and doesn't let the past bother him and it obviously hasn't affected his performance

I 'm not so keen on the woofing but it does make him smile and the Victory sign He gave to the South west corner was a nice touch.

He doesn't appear to have one single weakness in his game.

I think that living outside of Warrington must help the overseas players in trying to 'settle in'. Not getting mithered or stared at when you're out and about must be a relief.
