I shouldn't really think it matters to the club whether Sam is a good coach or not . The management don't really seem bothered about the product on the pitch any more & this has been evident since the last days of Smith.

I'm not sure what Cullen contributes to be honest. He's been out of it for sometime, how well does he know the current player market and playing styles etc?

I’d assume it’s more of a mentoring type role for Cullen, a club man with knowledge of being a head coach - all be it a while ago, but still experience, a sounding board to bounce ideas off?
