I'm a turncoat. Always loved 3pm Sunday games, but for some reason I'd like a change. I think I feel like i'm being cheated out of a day somehow. Like my weekends are shorter for going to the game. I'd also quite like to finish work at 5pm on a Friday and be straight off to the match.

Wouldn't want to travel to Yorkshire or London for a Friday night game every other week though. I like my Sunday games. It's not like there's much else to do on a Sunday.

Don't think Friday night games are suitable for people who work or live outside the town. Plus away support tends to be dire on a Friday bar a local derby.
Plus we would lose a hell of a lot of media coverage, because we play Sunday we get a good spread in the nationals on a Monday - Friday night games only make the northern editions.

Yes but if we get to Wembley we will be an internation team because that game will be broadcast all over the world , and we have played in 4 different countries this year. Cant get better media coverage than that...... |

I do like the Friday night home games though as they do tend to be Wigan or Stains games and the atmosphere's miles better
