are there GF semi-finals this weekend? You would never know. Zero publicity and not much excitement about!

I for one am really excited. There are loads of saints fans in work and they're all excited but i know what you mean when you say there doesn't
seem that much excitement. I think nerves have something to do with this from fans of all 4 teams. There isn't much winding up and
over confidence about on any of the forums and every club will feel like they've a lot to lose if they don't get through. I don't think
anyone can predict the outcomes of any of the games with any certainty whatsoever and for me it makes it a fascinating last 4.
There are strong arguments for each team to win and lose. The sports focus is also on the Ryder cup and the usual premierleague
tripe as well, plus the start of yawnion.

There's two billboards coming out of Manchester (Pryce and Roby) that look great.

Are those billboards just around Manchester??....I've seen the Roby, Crabtree and Westwood ones, but only in Manchester. Its good publicity, but you have to wonder what the local, heavily ethnic, communities actually make of them, considering those groups of people are mainly ignorant of our sport.

I've seen lots of rugby league advertisements around Manhester this year. They really pushed the Magic Weekend with billboards on many routes out if the city centre and never seen so many Grand Final billboards before.

Even the kids at school, (I work in Wythenshawe) who are footy or boxing or MMA fans, have been talking about the games this weekend - a few have said they're going to go to the Grand Final with their Dad's (I do mention rugby league on pretty much every opportunity!).

I work in Wythenshawe as well and I don't know any local RL fans.

I'm too anxious about tomorrow to be excited about it. I'll start looking forward to it an hour before kick off walking to the ground with a few pints inside me after watching the football in the boozer.

Do you cycle? I drove past a fella with a Warrington top on a little while ago cycling towards the hospital.

I've also seen a bloke in a Warrington top at the Shell garage in Baguley when I was at my Grandads (who lives just across the road from there).

Yes I cycle. If it was the 1993-95 home shirt it might have been me because I do wear that to work sometimes. If it was a more recent one than that it wasn't me. I work in Baguley and cycle from Heald Green.
