Seen him a few weeks ago at Bank Quay station, Walked in with his briefcase, looked at screen expressionless for two minutes. Stood about for two minutes then walked out. [iPresume[/i he wanted the one that was canceled but shall never know...

It seems as though it is working for us having true wire fans on the board.

You see a lot of teams who have fans on their board and they cant put their head above their heart when it comes to business decisions. A prime example is the washington redskins nfl team, their owner is a massive redskins fan and has been all his life, if the team dont perform well and get to the playoffs for a couple of seasons he pretty much replaces all the playing and coaching staff.

I for one am very thankful that Mr Broomhead and Mr Moran are wire fans, nice guys and willing to talk to us commoners, however i am more grateful that they know how to run a business successfully and can detach the passion when it comes to making crucial business decisions

Had a drink with SB in his office at town hall when he was the main man at WBC. from the decor he is obviously a rail enthusiast as well as a big County fan. nice bloke he is too.

Steven was my boss many years ago.

He's an avid Notts Forest supporter. He even proposed to his wife at half time at a match, via the moving message board.

I didn't get the impression that he was a rugby fan when I knew him but I'd guess he's one now and a genuine one at that.

Nice man a014.gif
