| I'd be amazed if he didn't go with Ratchford.
Either way, this is a banana skin.
We handed Huddersfield 2 points.
We did our best to hand Salford 2 points.
We gift wrapped 2 points and handed it to Catalans but they knocked it on.
Anyone seeing a trend?

| Most clubs if they had a 17 year old future superstar on their hands, would throw him in to a game they should win comfortably. But this is Warrington, so we'll be playing a 37 year old who won't be here next season.

We have put Aaron Lindop and Cai Taylor-Wray in the first team early last year so I don't think Warrington are against the idea. Unfortunately both of these are currently injured otherwise they would have played more games this year. Not sure how many clubs have given many games to 17 year old this season. Might be interesting to list a few from other clubs and see how many games they have played. How many are there? ... off the top of my head I can't think of any apart from Irwin (Warrington) vs. St Helens.

Why does it have to be this season?

Why does it have to be this season? So if we go to the previous season the only 17 year old I can think of was Aaron Lindop (Warrington) but there could be more I have not thought of. Have you got a few more?

| Can't see it being anyone other than Ratchford to be honest, tried and tested and causes virtually no disruption. Looking forward to Zack Gardner again, he just looked really good last week

| Hayes playing for the reserves this week! Great news. Sneyd has a decent chance for Sunday apparently - which surprises me.
I'm not sure the criticism of us not playing young players is fair, we've given plenty of game time over the past 18 months to younger players, Lindop, CTW, Garnder, Holroyd, Hayes, Thewlis.
Some players don't seem to have had the same opportunities - Whitehead, Harthill - but maybe the fact is they are not quite ready, or they have things to fix up / work on. Either way we've shown we are happy to play youth, even when the more experienced option (such as Ratchford to centre vs Catalan) is an option.

It is a funny one isn't it, we have given a few a chance and they've generally been a success IMO as you mention. I suppose a lot of criticism is based on the two players that you mention when we've struggled in their positions particularly Harthill with Walker out and losing academy players like Whitehead to Hull KR when we signed Russell

Do we get it right all the time ... no. Can we keep everybody happy .... definitely not.
