They put a Whatsapp message out at 12.14 or so on the day of the reveal announcement. There will be a big announcement at 13.00. Everyone got excited, new signing, but then they revealed at 13.00 that they will be announcing the kit, but gave no specifics. They then did so on Whatapp at a random time with a link to purchase the new kit. The link went to 'aintssuperstore.com'. The kit reveal video was horrific, using a really poor CGI kit being hung from the Steve Prescott bridge. They hadn't bothered to clean the road, so there were coffee cups, crisp wrappers and condoms blowing about in the shot. All very amateurish.

Once people successfully navigated to the correct website they found the home kit available for purchase if you want a man's cut kit, but if you're a woman you have to pre-order and you'll receive it in January. The kit was also mirrored from the CGI kit, so the sponsors where on the opposite side to the reveal when you looked at it on the store.
Whilst on the store, in the section below the shirt, there is a ticker of other things you can buy, like oh, the unannounced away kit
People see it and post it on social media prompting a scramble to mark the away kit as out of stock so they could remove it from the store. So then Saints had to rush out a hurried reveal video and release of the away kit. The reveal of the away kit called it the '2025 Home kit'.
To top it off, the club hadn't finalised the squad numbers because they hadn't announced Hurrell's new contract, so they gaffer taped a notice to the front of the shop saying you couldn't have names and numbers till a later date.
