Warrington are the biggest grubs in the league and the ref saw through it all tonight, as soon as Vaughan saw red your players tried everything to get it scrappy, Thewliss stays down every tackle, Williams always moaning to the ref, Drinkwater trying to scuffle every tackle and Philbin dove forward as soon as he felt Hughes lift his leg. Your fans are just as bad booing every single tackle. Could of been a good game spoiled by a blatant shoulder to the head which has been consistently a red ALL year.

Just to add I thought we were excellent. Might sound out but with the attack so off and down to 12 and utterly battered…to still be in the game with a minute left…god we’re good, really good.

If players don't bend their back going into contact, they're always at risk of hitting the head with the shoulder. Instead of spitting the dummy out at the refs and the rules he should be frustrated with Vaughan's lazy technique.

Let's be honest here. We were 5H1TE. Absolute 5H1TE. Umpteen knock ons, a lot on the first tackle. Should we appear in the Elimination games, we'll get hammered with ball retention like that.
King should be under house arrest, next Saturday afternoon. No way he deserves a jersey for that "performance".

But let's look at the game as a whole.
There was NO WAY we were going to be allowed to win that. The softest red card I've seen in years, but there's no way the disciplinary "committee" will go against a VR decision, on Monday night. Leigh were offside ALL game, but didn't get penalised until the last quarter of the game for it.

Leigh were 2/3 yards off all night to the point where it was laughable. My argument is that we were SO e with 12 men and still looked likely.

Leigh were allowed to play a 7 yard line ALL night. The refereeing performance was one of the worst I can remember. But I'm not surprised. Wigan must finish in the top 2.
