I'm not understanding the Dufty marmite comments without Dufty today we lose simple as. Even when the guy does more of what people are asking for cover tackle if Welsby or Field get back and make that tackle their fans would be applauding not saying how he should do even more, take more of the high balls, he still gets stick.
I thought he was hard done to on the bringing it out call, there was errors across the park today.
But we have the best fullback in SL, with the possible exception of French now he's playing there in Fields absence.
Do i wish he cut out some of the 'Matt Hufty' behaviour yeah but id rather appreciate what he brings than look for sometimes undeserved shortcomings.

Someone in aus(think it was Peter Tunks)said dufty was a brilliant 6 when first coming through as a youngster. Next time we have an injury problem at half back i'd put him in there and have taylor-wray at full back. Also, when we are struggling at centre then lindop should be in. We need to keep ratchford away from the first team these days, its painful watching him and the 1 year extension is mind boggling.
