Paul Vaughan not doing it for you MD?

Fitzgibbon doesn’t give away pathetic penalties and gets himself banned for weeks on end.

They are both exceptional signings.

Vaughan is currently #10 on the SL Meters chart which is usually the preserve of backs with a stunning average gain of 9.1. To put into perspective he has made more metres than Tom Johnston and Jack Welsby etc.

Top of the pile is Dufty who is averaging 175m per game

I really like the start that this guy has made to his Wire career, defensively sound and runs GREAT lines, something we've been missing from our second row. He can pick a pass...not quite sure how you'd defend that swivel and offload because of his physicality and that little bit of attitude!! What's not like, you'd fancy playing centre next to him.

I really hope he's enjoying himself here as much as we are watching him. Deserves his own song, perhaps Bill Oddie and Co could think of a tune

You'd be mad to say Vaughan was anything but a great signing. If you are a tough forward you are going to play at the edge and pick up a ban or two, and the ban at the end of last season was a total joke.

Fitzgibbon also plays close to the naughty line and will get into bother at some point.
