Looking at the charges from our game the one that stands out to me is Paul Sergier. It was so obvious head contact with Crowther I found it unbelievable that the video ref hadn’t picked it up. It was definitely a straight red head to head contact. It wouldn’t have made any difference to the result but proved the ref and video ref to be inconsistent with the new rules. I had a laugh at Terry O Connor trying to convince the viewers it was a whiplash injury. Crowther banned for 1 match for standing his ground probably would of missed Hull match with HIA injury.
