You don't undo 18 months of bad coaching in 4 days. I dont think you could throw lack of effort at them but while not a terrible team some of them just arent good enough and I'd put that more at the so called senior players and higher earners. And I'm amazed how gassed they all look.

We need a new coach, CEO and about 7 new players. We need to rebuild the rebuild.
The look on the players faces under the sticks was just pure disbelief and bewilderment. I dont think they can believe it either. But the effort was there.
