| TBH I'm more surprised there wasn't much mention of the clear forward pass for Wigan's first try - the ball was passed on the 10m line and collected at least half a metre in front of it !
The other VR decisions could have gone either way.
That said, Wigan should have been clear in the first half, they bombed a few good chances and we just clung in there, not offering much in attack due to lack of decent field position.
Great tough game, some unfortunate calls, but even in defeat it's a heck of a lot better than last year.

It was mate until someone raised the question about Miski and the GF, you are being selective about what you read and comment on.

Do you think it might be something to do with the fact that our two teams have just played a game or that we're posting on an open forum on a thread entitled "tonight's game v Wigan"? I reckon it's a possibility. What say you?
And what's with the 'mate'? It's a perfectly ordinary way to address someone here In the rest of the world, even if it's seemingly unusual in your neck of the woods. Now you've seen it being used perhaps it won't seem so noteworthy the next time you come across it.
You really are quite a strange person, aren't you?

To me there is no reason why Kasiano could not start. I agree he is best suited as an impact prop but St Helens Wolf’s post has it spot on. out 1-13 is arguably nearly full strength and we struggled from the off. Wigan had the better game plan full stop. There is some right guff talked on here about the players we have missing. If any of those had played on friday night i have no doubt the result would have been the same.'"
McGuire is listed as a prop on your website so Powell and the club must think he is. What would concern me is the lack of cover you have in the backrow.

| Maybe that's why we have him the 13 shirt for this season.
He's a loose forward covering prop because he can play there too.

Tell Powell and Fitzpatrick to change the website. There is no such thing as a loose forward in modern rugby he is a ‘middle’.
