If we have to be serious I’d say Clark on the bench, or at a push Wrench as 18th Man. Unless we’ve signed one of the Hull players who didn’t make their 17 yesterday. Maybe Dean is back due to a half-back issue.

PS hope everyone making the trip managed to get there okay. I know some had to rearrange flights via Barcelona then drive up yesterday.

My concern for the team is that they have only travelled today. And it looks like a 10 or 11 am flight to perpignan.
Yes, it's only 1, maybe 2 hours in flight time. But to be safe. Would it not have been easier to spend the extra for a hotel. Rest easy in the hotel and get there fresh as opposed to possible flapping around and delays in getting there to prepare on the day. Plus airport times on the day. Yes it would be chartered. But faffing around at 8 or 9am in the airport. So possibly waking up at 5 or 6am to get ready to travel to what I presume was Manchester Airport. I'd rather they take that away from the players. Fly at say 2pm yesterday. Get there for 7 and have a team meal before resting up for today.

Fair point but I think I’d take a day-return private flight to France over a coach trip to Hull along the M62 any day of the week!
