Yes it is because the minimum match ban was stated before the match.

If your son or daughter was disabled what would be your reaction if a person slurred them in the same way. I presume you wouldn’t be happy. |

Someone's just posted a clip after the try on twitter , you can't see anything other than charnley pointing at mcguire stood next to the ref, looking happier than I've ever seen him. You would assume that was it. |

7 games is utterly ridiculous and he's being clearly made an example of.
A 3 game ban would have sufficed, slap on the wrist from the club, and move on.
McGuire may aswell have punched him for a 7 game suspension.
