By that I mean if we're happy with the main logo and obviously the revenue then that should be a first principle design consideration and it doesn't appear to be. I suspect they are trying to appeal to two different demographics - the home is a nod to the kits of the 50s and 80s and the away is a leisure, contemporary attempt.
