0% Would count on the cap in Year 1, 50% would count on the cap in Year 2, 100% in Year 3. I don't think there is a limit on the number of players you can bring in on this rule.

Dahling I normally charge oodles for design advice.My last interior design job caused havoc, I obviously can’t name names but the gold wallpaper caused quite a stir.
HOWEVER I think I can safely say that only a complete peasant would consider anything other than F+B’s Mushy Pea Soufflé for their kitchen this season.
