If it goes badly, it can surely only be 6 games max before he gets the hook. I'm really hoping he can turn this sinking ship around, however there is nothing I have seen which installs any confidence. Listen, Powell is a good coach, he has proven this in the past, it just hasn't worked! The lack of any mental fortitude throughout the season has been jaw-droppingly bad, whatever he is telling them week in, week out just ain't sticking.

We've won ONE GAME since Magic weekend. ONE *******GAME, and that was against the bottom club. His signings/retention since April 21 are collective failures. I have NO confidence in this team OR this coach.

I agree 6 games next season, no signs of a team which can play and he should go, if we do enough in those 6 games to suggest we could turn out alright then review again at Easter. More than 1 collapse like we have seen in the last few months and he should go.

I've said it before he has to be given a chance next season but the goodwill has ran out, we have been too bad this season to patiently wait for signs that we can compete.

Pardon my intrusion but, I think Warrington are too big of a club to be going through all of this, so I think you will have a new coach at the start of next season.

He will probably see out the remainder of his current contract regardless because we are pathetic

For me, 1 game is too long. I have seen nothing that makes me think some big bodies in the pack will turn this around.....go now, another more of this and we'll be looking at crowds of 5-6000 next year, people will not waste their money on this rubbish.

If after 6 games we are where we are now he's gotta go..but the question is who takes his place..

They should be scouting now. Coaches don’t count on the salary cap and that is where we should be shoving all this money. They’ve attempted it this time but backed a horse that is already through the doors of the glue factory.

6 games is fair I would say. But I think in those 6 games we must be seeing clear signs that the mentality is fixed. 4 good wins at least, with a couple of defeats where we have competed strongly. Not many of our players will be tied up in the World Cup I would think, so let’s get them all back early working hard to hit the season running. I know it’s not always a good thing to peak early, but I think we need it for confidence going forward.

3 games only no messing about, don’t care if we play Saints Wigan whoever those first 3, we need to show intent from the go, fail bday in those games then he has to go so we bed a new coach in asap.

PS Saints have lot 4 games all year so if we lost our first 3 we would be massively on the backfoot even then
