| All coaches make mistakes and regret bad decisions. I'm hoping for us next year he's learnt from this and has to play his best team resting only the necessary week before a big game.

| Blimey! We've got two coaches to moan about now.
I reckon if you use the Cas Forum for reliable and unbalanced information you've got a problem. Many at Cas will be more than ready to push in that knife.
Next week's game will be followed by one set of supporters exploding with rage and the the other set staying off their forum and it could be to do with which side the ball slides by the post.

| Cas has such a toxic environment at the moment. How can the club continue being coached by someone who is going to a rival and taking players with him?
Guessing the bad results will continue, hopefully including next week. He'll surely leave soon.
We've seen many great coaches have terrible endings to their time at a club. I'm not concerned.

Always happens when a coach stays too long at club and things go a bit stale. Look at Smith, McDermott. The exception is Wane, who Wigan let go after another grand final win. His replacement is yet to win a trophy.

Wane left Wigan, when he was told he was to be replaced by Shaun Edwards, who subsequently reneged on the deal he was offered.

| This kind of result also creates the awkward situation that nobody wants to talk about that Agar might actually be a good coach.

Explain the rest of Leeds season so far then?
I actually think he did very well last season and agar deserves credit for that because on paper that Leeds side isn't special at all. They're a shadow of their former selves.

At Leeds both Smith and Mcdermott won Grand Finals in their final full seasons, Smith in his final game having announced he was leaving mid season.
As also shown by Wane it is very possible to do.
