Same as ever, reckon we’re going to win so don’t put the effort in - no killer instinct. It’s that ‘we’ll be there or there abouts’ attitude from the end of the Smith era that Price hasn’t managed to expel.

I don’t think any other teams will be losing sleep about their upcoming fixtures against us in the coming weeks.

I wouldn’t call it arrogance. We’re just a poorly coached team probably the worst coached in the league. We have nothing up our sleeve in terms of attack apart from 5 drives and a kick to King therefore it’s not hard to defend against us.

You hit the nail on the head there with the Smith era comment, we still have a fair few of them players around the club in one guise or another and I think that contributes to the issues. I hope when Powell signed his contract that he asked for Carte Blanche to clear them all out and bring his own ideas to the club.

I do think that Powell has the strength of character to insist on a culture change but it needs to happen above him too. We’ll have to wait and see - I’m interested to see whether we get a mid season change.

Some things never change. In the near 60 years that I've followed the Wire theyve always seemed to struggle against the lower teams. I think I'm starting to get used to it.
