Penrith Panthers training base is an example of what Warrington needs ,to be the best ,you need to act like the best ,to attract the best players ,coaches etc you need to have the best facilities, Penrith is a prime example.

Spend the money on a shared facility with an Amateur club.

Pros train in the day amateurs in the evening.

Two birds with one stone as it would show a proper commitment to the local talent breeding grounds.
