Due to COVID-19 Samy has not had the game time he would have hoped for to push for a regular place...the Reserves was cancelled and it is also not running next year so going to Newcastle where he will hopefully play regularly will be good for him and Warrington.
just on the point of academy kids, did anyone hear or listen to the podcast briers was on last month(possibly a bit further back) where he said he would advise against kids going full time, get yourself an education and a job and play part time in the championship, its the best of both worlds rather than trying to be a SL player.
