I can understand both sides of the argument, with regards to last night.
I enjoy a slugfest as much as the next man, but after 50 minutes, I was praying for someone to break the deadlock, just to change the game's outlook. A game for the purist, yes, but we do watch to see tries.
It put me in mind of the NYD Derby at Wigan in 87, where the game was decided by a solitary Cullen try, in dreadful conditions. 30 men not giving an inch, back in m the days when it was only a 5yd ptb.
