There are only twelve coaches so it wouldn't seem to be that difficult to find out what's going on with the ones we might be interested in AND might come. Watson was the stand-out candidate. Would it really have been that difficult to have a word with him and set out a possible deal? I think a five minute phone call would be all that was needed.

I know it might be a bit controversial but I have always been impressed by Henderson's enthusiasm and the work he did at London. We don't really know how much input he gave in the current setup or perhaps more tellingly, how much input he was allowed to give but I wouldn't mind giving him a go.
