Of course you have the option to "ignore" posters within a forum so you never need to read them again. They would probably prefer that to being insulted, derided and ridiculed for expressing a view. You can also make your point without personal insults or slurs on peoples character especially when you consider you do not know the people involved.
Furthermore how do you know those people to which you refer, but do not have the decency to name, have never played Rugby League?
