The scoreline was irrelevant, I've no problem with that. We had our strongest team on the pitch, and for me it was all about doing the basics well and getting some game time before Thursday. This wasn't an excuse for shooting out of the line, or watching an opponent run past you without making an effort to tackle them. Not the time for allowing bad habits when we've a week to the season starting.
