Not exactly champagne rugby admittedly but earlier in the season it was, and we can get back there. The one team that HAS played champagne rugby all year is once again toying with zero success for all their prestige.'"
He has a point with that remark. Whilst Warrington were excellent on Saturday and Price clearly did a very good job in getting his players to put in a performance like that your Super League form has been nothing short of abysmal. Given the resources he has, your attack is worryingly bad and has been for almost the whole season. The cup win has rightly earned Price another season but I don’t see Warrington winning a Grand Final under this coach. Price also can’t afford another season of his team pulling off one off performances in the cup. Saints might be toying with zero success but if they do win the Grand Final they’ll be the remembered as the team who dominated in 2019.
