I haven’t read this thread because I’m low enough as it is. When were we last so consistently clueless in attack? Was Smith brought in to try and make Patton look good? How could a team look so disinterested as ours did in that run up to half time knowing there are places up for grabs?

Ps Mr Price in the pre match interview indicating our best chance was if it was raining (even if in jest [which it didn’t come across as) is dispiriting to say the least.

Last season and at the start of this season he was begging for a ‘dry track’ and informing us all that we would then see the best of us. Now he’s after rain and poor conditions. Just about sums us up, our lack of progress, lack of ideas and where we’re currently at.
