I may be wrong here but as he has not played senior rugby in the UK before would he not be an exemption in respect of the cap.

All the burgess brothers have played senior rugby, Tom, George and Sam for Bradford and luke at Leeds, not sure if Luke played at Bradford? well i could swear they all did, i remember George went to souths and Tom stayed here for a year before going aswell.

I dont think George ever played for Bradford's first team.

The only way he would be an exemption is if George Burgess had never played RL before. As he has, he could not be an exemption in cap terms.

In fact, if he had never played a professional game in the UK, there could be an argument that says he would count on the overseas quota, as well as the salary cap.

We can’t fit another marquee player in, unless the rules change, the question is, if they did change, would George Burgess be a good use of that third spot?

We need his exact type of a proper big unit in the middle who’ll make big impacts in defensive lines.

No way is Tasi an improvement on George King. Westwood still plagued. BMM 10 minutes of Try-Knock on-penalty isn't good enough.
