| To me he's clearly not fit or fully recovered, but if he does recover (and that is a big "if"!) then someone is going to get a bargain by the sounds of it. He's still young enough to make a full recover and even though he's been massively over-rated at times, he's still a very good player when fit.

| Watkins. His best days are long gone. Let him be somebody else's worry.
Burrell. Come Christmas, he'll be 32, and getting no younger. On a similar vein to Sally's above post. This fella NEEDS to hit the ground running, pretty quickly. After all, it's RL. There can't be too much to learn. He's not stripping down the Space Shuttle. The only (potential) worry I have for him, is fitness levels. I remember a quote from the great Davies, after his first games of RL "I was sh*gged out".
Get him out there. He'll learn little, sat in the North Stand

| Watkins days as a top line centre are gone, that injury plus whatever rehab he has had has robbed him of pace, strength and confidence. He's been reduced to an average second row. Still, plodding around the Gold Coast sure beats Leeds.
As for Burrell he hsd played RL before so has an advantage wise. Get him fit, maybe a game at Rochdale then lets see what he can do.
As has been alluded to earlier, Allan Bateman had an A team game, made a break with his first touch and it was clear then that even if he had to learb the game under the scrutiny of the first team, he'd succeed.

How bad was Myler? It's rhetorical, he was [ishockingly[/i bad.
If ever there was a British half back who failed to kick on and deliver his promise, there"s your man.

| I think Burrell will be a great buy for us, every report we read from Price to the players says he has slotted straight in and is working on upping his fitness levels. I wasn't happy at all when we first signed him but now i'm not worried amd think he will turn in to a bargain buy for us. Just my oppinion of course
