That makes it more likely he'll be on Wires target then.

Contracts don`t mean nothing though do they? They are a legally binding document are they not... Of course it does not mean that he wont be leaving the club for the next 5 years but it does mean it is at our clubs discretion to release him from his contract which I am sure would demand a fee from any club that wanted to take him.

So in response, no contracts do not `Mean nothing`.

He has already been on your list twice, He spoke at our forum the other year, when he last signed an extension with us saying that he had the option to join you before you signed Kevin Brown, the club initially turned down an offer and then they allowed you to speak to him and he turned you down himself saying that he was settled here and did not want to move. Obviously things change and if the right offer came in he might want to take the move who knows.

That is the reason behind the story I heard of TS being ousted...
We seemingly kept losing out on players regardless of how much we threw at them once they spoke to TS.

Barba was all but signed wasn't he, visiting the training facilities (presumably he saw the lads training well). Then he got the TS motivational talk.

I got the "nailed on" comeback...Barba was an all expenses guest at Newcastle of Warrington. Under the public eye he made visits to hang around with the Saints team dressing room.
There were some pretty pist off Wire board members.
