Pomeroy did quite well last year but is well in to his 35th year now so Brown is a better option for cover in the backs. Including Ben Harrison, I think we have lost 14 players from last year and signed only 7 albeit at much higher quality apart from Hiku. There is probably not much left in the salary cap though as Hill, Clark, Currie, Roberts, Ratchford, Charnley and Goodwin will be on good contracts and we will probably still have to cover some of Russell’s wages.
