I'm not biting on the other comments but will say the Army Camp seemed to work well enough for Wigan ahead of their title winning 2016 season.

on some of the old Tenerife camps the 8am session was torture after having no sleep, running round suffering dizziness and nausea, those camps made men of them and helped them bond socially as well
