What a terrible fight between him and carney! I'd have given it to Sandow based on the fact he landed one punch out of 20 thrown whilst carney landed zero out of 5 punches thrown

Talking about money the £/Dollar exchange rate was even worse in 2011...it could cost about equivalent to £20 for four drinks in a pub.

if you keep sandows registration to stop him getting another club does that mean you will have an import less this year?

He's deregistered, so I don't think he would take up a space. Hull KR deregistered Dobson to bring in Willie Mason didn't they?

It's not really an issue for us though, we only have two Aussies in the 30 man squad. I'm not 100% sure as the rules seem to change all the time, but I think the current quota is 7 total non fed trained, with a limit of 5 from Aus / NZ. So we have more room than we need, 5 more players potentially.

There seems to have been a conscious move in the past 2/3 years to bring in young British, international or potential international players in to the club. A wise move really given the movement in AUD GBP exchange rate.
