| Looking at it in some cold hard terms, the only people I would 100% keep in terms of quality, are Russell, Atkins, Sandow, Hill, Westwood and Westerman.
Evans is an absolute rock and I don't think we'd replace him with anyone nearly as defensively sound. But he offers nothing in attack.
Ratchford has been here 4-5 years now and we still don't have his spot nailed down, I don't see him flourish in any one spot, so while he offers utility, I don't care if he goes.
Penny is a brilliant attack threat and he will finish everything he's given, but he is prone to brainfarts and mistakes which leave me slightly iffy.
Gidley seemed to be great early on but last night proved to me he's not quite got it now. There were a couple times all he had to do was fire out a miss man pass and Lineham was in, he failed to see it.
Sims is a fantastic motivator from what I've seen, and he offers offloads, but he couldn't punch holes in a piece of paper, he runs in and crumples at the slightest touch.
Hughes is like Evans, solid as a rock defensively but offers up ziltch in attack, you can't have a second row that doesn't offer lines.
Lineham's attitude seems to be back but if he lost it so readily here, it could happen again and I don't want a guy who isn't willing 100% of the time.
The rest are all just too young for me to really make a solid evaluation of their impact on future squads. George and Toby are prospects, as is Patton. Wilde needs a lot more steel in him if he's going to make it.
Not sure if I missed anyone of note.

| Does King not deserve a shot at centre next year? King & Atkins in the centre, Lineham and Russell/Penny on the wings. Evans and Russell/Penny in reserve.
Personally if we had one more player to come in, a back rower would be my first preference.
I think the only way we will see any bigger name players come in is if an Atkins or Ratchford leaves.

Now I can see why you don't agree with anything I say.
In relation to Crosby how much is bacon?

| The Cooper signing worries me, not because he isn't good enough, but because people on here are already claiming the messiah is back to save the day.
Copper's stats for last season were no better than Sims for line breaks with a total of 1. And only 14 off loads compared to 43 for Sims, Sims also made over 100 more hit ups with a similar game time. I worry that Cooper will be the new Atkins(Scapegoat) where his drive the ball in and get a quick play the ball wont please many. I cant wait because he is just what we need, if the rumour are true about Crosby then we have 2 props who make yards and 2 props who get quick play the ball. Plus all the other add ins

You should be on the stage pal
Maybe that way the vast majority on here could pelt you with the tomatoes you deserve for the amount of inane drivel you post

People think because he was a regular in the nrl at a bad team he will suddenly be amazing in the sl, ignoring that English forwards tend to do well over there, it is the backs that struggle.
He was a good sl player before he left imo, and he will be when he returns, but he won't be much better than previously.
