| Unfortunately I ended up on call and ended up watching the game on tv. A massive effort by us. I wouldn't say we were bland, we just ran out of juice. The effort in the firstsssssdte half killed both sets of players anyone else other than hull and we would of won! As for the second try..... Penny may have got to it as sandow looked dead on his feet but with the heat and the effort the same result may of happend.
On that display though we should go through to the grand final and stop hull from getting the clean sweep.

| Just recovering, what a final, what a battle !
The 2 fighters left punch drunk on the floor, and one of them just managed to get up before the count of ten and somehow remain standing but wobbly at the final bell before the other could rise from his knees.
It was that close.
Neither had anything left in the tank.
Each War Horse cut, battered, bruised, bloodied and broken.... but heroes.
This may not have been the greatest contest in terms of flowing rugby, as ferocious, sometimes vicious defence simply does not allow such luxuries to happen.
But it was the greatest final of another kind, where for 80 mins it was a War of power and bravery, guts and determination, and finally who had the will to win.
It was a nerve jangling spectacle of brutality within rules, played out in a cauldron of heat, (31deg at pitch side) that was at times just too difficult and gut wrenching to watch.
Huge Respect and more to a Wire team and backroom staff who conducting themselves with amazing strength at the time they were hurting the most. Which was no different to you amazing Wire fans who somehow rose above the heartbreak of what we had just witnessed to shake hands with us on the concourse, on the tube and in the streets pubs. There are many stories here in Hull of your wonderful sportsmanship. It wont be forgotten.
RESPECT to all.

| Losing Gidley was the turning point. Yet unlike a certain team I could mention, Gidley's injury was a result of fair play....
Yes we're all thinking about the same team.
Well done Hull. I think TS has learnt a lesson from you and we'll see Penny back on the left wing. Love Russell or not, having him and Sandow on the same wing is like having an oopalumpa goalie face a penalty shootout.

| Russell, I thought had a great game. Move him to Full Back and get Ratchford away from that role
