Tragic news. As far as I am aware I have never met nor spoken to Yed but, like many others, enjoyed reading his posts. RIP Yed.

i have never met yed but we have had plenty of light hearted banter over the years,so much so that his comments were in my signature for over 5 years,as a mark of respect i have deleted it

Just found out having read the sticky post on the boards. Very sad to hear, was a bit of a character over the years on the Wigan board with his 'healthy' debates (

), however he would also come on the forum and have a good old chat. I liked him. RIP Wire Yed (Steve).

never knew Steve...but as with many names you read on these boards....you share a common bond. Very sad news....will miss his posts. R.I.P Yed.

I am shocked and saddened. He's right about guys and mental health. At least the RL have done some good work to raise the issue.

Im sure Wigan fan's would accept the V's all day long not to have lost one of the family especially in such sad circumstances .
