I think its more that hes making people feel proud of the club and want to go there
Games feel like an occasion or a special event.
Talking to press persons and away fans and they like coming to Warrington - especially fans bringing families for a special treat for the kids.
We have not seen many sellouts before - add in 1000 more home fans and 1000 away ones and many games will be close to sell out
Also the effect on the corporate £ is big. You bring guests or are guests to a place that is clean, smart, new looking, smells of success and is buzzing for 3 hours and that's a big influencer
Some good stuff going on and a knowledge that small things matter. Examples:-

Reception is set up to welcome guests rather than be security and block them
All decor in the stadium looks smart and clean and has positive messages about success (which is very influential for schools and businesses)
Last week in pre match inspection of the stadium some seats were noted to have pigeon muck on them - cleaners checked and cleaned all seats. (not a small job) - in previous years this might not have been picked up
All litter bins emptied before the game and the area around the ground cleaned
Even press room has good food and coffee

Its all so that corporate people want to attend and fans can see something to buy into and belong to

Where has the trophy display which used to be in reception gone?

That really warranted an answer from an opposition fan.

They're planning to buy the Tesco building and use that. Just need to confirm first of all that it's large enough.

You can't knock Gatcliffe or draper. ....but Gatcliffe "spent money " on filling in the ends When it wasn't really necessary. It looks brilliant but it hardly put many new bums on seats ....so he's spent as well. ..and draper has updated the IT side of things that [iwas[/i needed.

Plus I believe draper created a positive atmosphere off the pitch last year despite a poor season on it..... if we win a trophy under Draper I'm guessing we'll see some real momentum off the pitch more so than we saw with our previous silverware wins.

I was stood in our shop on Saturday morning getting my ticket for the Wigan game and I felt quite proud at the surroundings, the merchandise, and the service. ...and felt sorry for fans of other clubs that dream of having stuff like this.

Going in the right way and need to push on.....no reason why the home support stands shouldn't be selling out every week. ...
