Don't know if anyone noticed that last goal kick was being lined up by Myler when Joel run in and kicked it.

What a performance from the whole team especially Big Roy who was making yards and offloading. The question for me is why hasn't he been doing that all season. Has he been constrained by the coaches? Is it significant that Agar has been away "sick" all week? Has he done a Iestyn Harris?
If we can play like so entertainingly we are worth watching, win or lose.
And a final thought for the video ref system. I thought the on field refs decision could only be overturned if there was indisputable evidence that he got it wrong. Last night proved that they are making it up as they go along. Scrap the damn thing.
And really finally, what did Cunningham mean when he said Wire played the referee better than Saints? With Wilkins and LMS diving for penalties he has to be joking or only have one eye.
GreeeeeeeeeeAT!!!!!!!

Really? You were impressed with Warrington last night? Funny how quick optimism can return. Last night was a low intensity, error strewn game. You should have won by a cricket score given how poor we were.

Wire have shown how good they can be when the are allowed to play open rugby that tyhey were awesome at instead of sticking to smiths game plan

Better kicking from Sandow and better (or rather following the actual 'rules') decisions from the video referee and there's potentially another 18 points or more. At what point does a good win become a 'cricket score'?

Very good performance by Wire but the pressure was off. Saints were off colour and lacked Walmsley big time.
Wire were well worth their win but after 12 points in 5 minutes from Saints I thought 'here we go again'.
Penny was excellent. His defensive tackle on Turner was really immense - best bit of the match.
Most of his 'tries' were 'not' in my view BUT the videoref system is poor when they should only be making judgments when there is incontrovertable evidence that the ref got the judgment wrong.
The so-called 'pushing' was debatable in terms of whether the tries would not have been scored.
The Myler / Penny offside clearly was the correct call.
The Atkins try that was given could not be clearly seen as a no-try so it was right to give it.

Roy - why couldn't you consistently have played like that for the rest of your time here?

Good luck to all those leaving, but not against us !
