Coming to watch Catalan Dragons on the 19th not been to see a match in years and my other half is coming trying to get them into the game... Any advice ?
Parking, pre match, best place to watch from
Park in the car park next to the ground, yes i know it is more expensive match day, yes it is a bit of a rip off but just factor it as part of match day expenses with a 1 minute walk to the ground for ease.
As for watching depends, some prefer behind the sticks, you get a good perspective of the defence, the attack, the holes/weaknesses, the players perspective if you would.
Then do you want to sit or stand West standing/East sitting.
Or do you want TV perspective? the forward passes, the offsides [or not in Saints case].
South standing, North seating.
Do you want a pre match beer, there are loads of places within 5 minutes walk.
Original Wire, Red Lion, Lord Rodney, Three Pigeons, Kings Head etc etc.
It will portably be our lowest gate of the season so there will be a.ample spaces on the streets around Evans house and st peters way.
Don't be put off by the lack of atmosphere,we are at the end of a disappointing season, and people are quite down in the dumps. Come back again for a top derby game for a true HJ experience
