I think this new format is brilliant.... SL coaches have been saying we need more competitive tough fixtures for years.. a couple at the end of the season didn't really help anyone.

Now we have it... Just look at those fixtures ! There is going to be some great rugby.

Also the middle 8's will be great to watch... There will be some ferocious rugby played over the next few months.

That's a tough, but great start for us. Win two out of the three opening games (as long as Castleford is one of those two) and we should be right in the mix bearing in mind that Huddersfield have Wigan and Saints away in their first three games.

As far as i understand the situation the 3 games are covered by the season ticket. Does anyone know any different ?

They are, but the above quoted deals are good for non season ticket holders.

I've worked out I'll be going to three of the aways and two of the homes anyway (missing Cas and Hull because of work) so I'm happy with that. Really looking forward to these games now.

Just need to figure out how I'm gonna get to the club shop to swap her lad's s/t voucher before Headingley next Friday because I've got no plans to be in Warrington between now and then



Hopefully Leeds will let kids in for a fiver or something so I won't be too bothered about it.

When this format was first announced I simply couldn't understand it, but now it's here and I do, I must congratulate the RFL/Superleague on this.

Couple of dodgy m62 trips ,leeds and Castleford but , then who expects RFL to give a damn about the fans ,just hope I can make it in time for kick offs

Well done RFL for having the guts to take a chance on shaking things up! These fixtures are much more enticing than the usual end of season build up to the play-offs where the majority of the last few rounds games have nothing riding on them
