You've had your little moment in the sun for a couple of seasons, now it's time to step aside and let the real big clubs fight it out.
Fingers crossed we get you at Wembley. Be nice to see another close loss for you at our hands, on the big stage.

| Quote WireWireWire="WireWireWire"Percivals pass was legitimate, he sat down on his ass but released it before his elbow touched the floor. I have an issue with the Quinlan pass though, looked forward.
We had a try rubbed out for a forward pass, another for a ball steal, and twice more with Hill held up over the line and Philbin having the ball knocked out. 4 potential scores that would have seen us home and dry.'"
Correct. Add in Rusell and Ormsby cocking up the high kick which led to Masoe scoring and us failing to control the start of the set where Saints scored the winning try. They will be kicking themselves - should have won that game by 15-20 points. I thought Philbin ran some good lines tonight but he should have scored.

| Philbin ran good lines yes but was totally pants at goal line attack. He should have hammered that ball down so hard, Sandow would have had to bring it back.

| Philbin definitely had an uneven game. Hit good lines but the end of them he fluffed it up trying to offload, don't blame him for the last tackle play, it's not his job to kick. Not sure he can be blamed for the no try either, he had the ball held just fine, Turner punched the ball out and they're lucky Flanagan got to it before Russell.
Harrison ran his blood to water but lord he looks so unfit, half the time he might as well be running around on stumps with the way his legs are holding up.

| Slapped his own man on the back nothing in it. No point moaning we lost that ourselves but we're certainly looking like a top four side and a quality half back away from winning the comp. We've more chance of a trophy this year than saints I'll wager.

| We had has blown chances to win the game but I think we were flat out to win it, it looked like Saints never had to get out of 2nd gear, and the players looked like they always knew they would win it. Just in the same way we always did in 2011.

| I thought both defences were good tonight, apart from the one that mattered at the end, I don't remember St's making a clean break all game!!

| Did Saints win 2 points tonight, or the Challenge Cup final? Their fans seemed to celebrate the latter. Beating a team by 6 points that they should have blown off the park after that inept 1st half display. Is that what it's come down to? Wow, how far have they fallen celebrating that kind of victory in the way that they did.....
